Is a brain aneurysm a tumor?
No. It is a bulge in the wall of a blood vessel and does not grow like a tumor.

No – aneurysms develop over the course of a lifetime, primarily due to high blood pressure and cigarette smoking. However, a hereditary predisposition can play a role.
